Miss Lilah

Well today Lilah survived a whole day with out a bottle. Yes Lilah still drinks out of a bottle. I have known for awhile I need to break her of this habit, but she loves her bottle. I never pushed the sippy cup much when she was little and now I wish I would of. I didn't know the difference, I have never done this before. When we took her to her 15 month check up our doctor couldn't believe she was still on the bottle. I haven't really done much about it yet until today. I figured she made a big move and needed to get adjusted to one thing at a time.  So last week I took her to her 18 month check up still on the bottle. Today was the first day I was pretty stern about no bottle. She actually did pretty good.

Looks like a happy girl to me!! Now to see if day 2 of no bottles is as good as today went. My goal is to be bottle free by Thanksgiving!! We can do this Lilah!!
