I can't believe summer is once again pretty much over. We didn't do much traveling or anything crazy this summer, but it was a nice relaxing slow summer. We did finish the camper on the inside and got our first few camping trips under our belt.
Lilah checked several goals off her(my) list: big girl bed, potty trained, hair cut
Im ready for fall, but already stressed about how busy we will be till Christmas. Lilah starts school, new baby, Lance and football, KSU games, weddings(3) and the holidays.
My Mom and Dad brought up my bed from home and Lilah helped Lance put it together. She is doing really well with it, but she has always been an awesome sleeper:)
We were able to make one trip home, Love going home!!
Lilah played a lot of ball with Lance this summer
The biggest thing is Lilah is getting potty trained. We are only about 3 weeks into it, but she is doing way better then I thought she would. She won't go on anything else but a potty seat, but one step at a time I guess. I'm hoping preschool will help when she see other kids go on an actual toilet! We still have a week to work on it before school starts.
Lilah and her cousin Rylie got to play together lots this summer! They finally are starting enjoy each other!
Getting babies room ready!!
I did a lot of sewing this summer. This is one of the blankets I made for this baby, KSU ready!!
My sister got married early this summer!
We finally got our camper done on the inside!! Although we only went camping a few times this summer, I see lots of camping in the future. Im still hoping we can take it out a couple more times this fall. Its so much fun!!
Movies in the back yard!!
Ren never likes to get his picture taken
Lilah's first time in lake water
Lance taking Lilah for a bike ride out at the lake!
Summer mornings in the camper!
She kept calling this rock her tower.
Lilah actually let someone cut her hair!! I was so proud of her for sitting and not freaking out!
Summer nights and ice-cream!
Just a week away from the due date!! Im getting very anxious and nervous. I hope I can do this baby thing all over again. I feel like its been forever since I was in baby mode. Last time Lance and I were both home to tackle baby duties. Lance is starting school and football Monday so I will have lots up to just me this time. I'll make it through though, everyone does. I get overwhelmed very easily and I always want things to be perfect. One day at a time and I need to remember not to worry about the small things!! I'm mostly excited to see how Lilah is with baby sister she seems to be so excited about the whole thing!
Cheers to the next adventure and another fall ahead of us!!
